Welcome to Midway Wholesalers we are excited to serve you. The first step in setting up an account is to visit us at 41 W. 84th Street, Chicago, IL 60620.

Starting A New Account?
Here's what you need.

An individual whose name is listed on the Illinois liquor license to be present in person.
A copy of a State of Illinois ID or State of Illinois Driver's license of the person whose name is listed on the account's state liquor license.
A copy of a valid Illinois state liquor license issued by the Illinois liquor control commission.
A contact phone number, email address, and a password to apply to the new account.
After an account has been set up and verified, customers will then be able to place and pick orders.
New Account setup is only available Monday - Friday 9am to 5pm.
